How to Setup Review & Rewards widget on product page

You can set the Reviews  and the Rewards widget easily 

To enable the review widget👉🏻 

1. Review Widget Setup

Available review widgets:

• Product Review Block
• Product Rating Block
• Product Global Rating
• Product Review Carousel

To enable the Review Widgets:

1. Log in to your Shopify store admin.
2. Go to Online Store
3. Find and click Edit Theme. 
4. On this page, use the top navigation bar to open the Home page menu.
5. Select Products → Default Product.
6. You will now be on the Product page, where you can add and configure the Retenzy Review Widget.
7. On the Product page, move your cursor to the area where you want the widget to appear.
8. For example, to place the widget below the Buy Button, move your cursor directly below the button.
9. Click the + (Add block) icon that appears.
10. A pop-up window will open. Select Apps to view the available app blocks.
11. You will see the available Retenzy widgets.
12. Select the widget you want to add to your product page.
13. Position the widget according to your preferred layout.
14. Click Save to apply the changes to your storefront.

Tip: You can add different Retenzy widgets to different sections of your product page based on where you want customers to see them.

The All Review Widget can be added using the same process described above on your product page.

To enable reward feature 👉🏻

 Enable Loyalty & Reward Widgets

1. Product Loyalty Widget and Product Rating Widget Setup

The setup process is the same for both the Product Loyalty Widget and the Product Rating Widget. Follow the steps below to add either widget to your product page.

Open the Product Page in the Theme Editor

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.

2. Go to Online Store → Themes.

3. Find your active theme and click Edit Theme.

4. In the Theme Editor, use the top navigation bar to open the Home page menu.

5. Select Products → Default Product.

6. You will now be on the Product page, where you can add the Retenzy widget.

Add the Widget

1. On the Product page, move your cursor to the area where you want the widget to appear.

2. For example, to place the widget below the Buy Button, move your cursor directly below the button.

3. Click the + (Add block) icon that appears.

4. A pop-up window will open. Select Apps to view the available app blocks.

5. Find the available Retenzy widgets.

6. Select the widget you want to add:

• Product Loyalty Widget

• Product Rating Widget

7. Position the selected widget according to your preferred layout.

8. Click Save to apply the changes to your storefront.

Note: You can repeat the same process to add both widgets to your product page.

2. Membership Information Block Setup 

Before adding the Membership Information Block to your product page, you must first create and enable a Membership Program in Retenzy.

1. Create a Membership Program

Follow these steps to create your membership plan:

1. Open the Retenzy App.

2. From the app menu, go to Loyalty Program.

3. Select the Membership section.

4. Click Create Membership Plan.

5. Enter the Name of your membership plan.

6. Click Add to select the benefits you want to offer members.

7. Choose a benefit from the available options:

   • Amount Discount

   • Fixed Amount of Discount

   • Percentage Off

   • Free Shipping

   • Free Product

8. Enter the required information for the selected benefit.

9. If applicable, select the specific products to which the membership benefit should apply.

10. Review the membership settings and click Save to create the membership plan.

11. Make sure the Membership Program is enabled.

Once the membership program is created and enabled, the Membership Information Block will become available in the Shopify Theme Editor.

2. Add the Membership Information Block

The setup process is the same as adding the other Retenzy widgets:

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes.

2. Click Edit Theme for your active theme.

3. In the Theme Editor, navigate to Products → Default Product.

4. On the Product page, move your cursor to the location where you want the Membership Information Block to appear.

5. Click the + (Add block) icon.

6. Select Apps from the pop-up window.

7. Select Membership Information Block from the available Retenzy widgets.

8. Position the block according to your preferred layout.

9. Click Save to apply the changes.

The Membership Information Block will now appear on your product page in the location you selected.
