Downgrade Plan – Step by Step
Step 1 – Access the Retenzy Dashboard
- Open the Retenzy application and sign in to your account.
Step 2 – Navigate to the View More Section
- From the dashboard, click View More to access additional options and settings.
Step 3 – Open the Pricing Page
- In the View More menu, select Pricing to view your current subscription details and available plans.
Step 4 – View All Available Plans
- On the Pricing page, click All Plans located in the top-right corner to explore all subscription options.
Step 5 – Select Your Preferred Plan
- Browse the available plans, choose the one that best meets your requirements, and proceed with the subscription or upgrade process.
Step 6 - Approve the Billing

Review your plan details and approve the billing.
Once approved, you will be redirected to the Retenzy Home Page, and your plan will be successfully downgraded.
