The “Auto publish reviews” feature in Retenzy allows you to automatically publish only the reviews that meet your preferred rating criteria. This helps maintain your store’s reputation while still collecting valuable feedback.
Step 1: Open the Retenzy Dashboard
Log in to your Retenzy dashboard to access your store settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Review Program
From the dashboard, click on Review Program.
Step 3: Open Review Program Settings
Within the Review Program, click on the Settings tab.
Step 4: Configure Auto Publish Reviews
Under Auto Publish Reviews, choose how you want customer reviews to be published automatically:
- All Reviews – Automatically publish every submitted review.
- 5-Star Reviews – Automatically publish only 5-star reviews.
- 4-Star Reviews – Automatically publish reviews with 4 stars and above.
- Never – Disable automatic publishing so all reviews require manual approval.

You can choose which reviews you want to auto-publish from the drop-down (e.g., 4-star and above & 5-star and above).
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Click Save Changes to apply your selected Auto Publish Reviews setting.
