This guide will walk you through the process of manually collecting customer reviews for orders using the Retenzy app on your Shopify store.

Step 1: Access the Collect Review Option

• From your Shopify Home Page, navigate to the Retenzy App section in the left-hand menu.

• Click on Collect Review to open the review collection dashboard.

Step 2: View the Order List

• On the Collect Review page, you will see a list of all customer orders.

• This list will display details such as Order ID, Customer Name, Order Date, and Review Status.

Step 3: Send Review Request for a Single Order

• Locate the specific order you want to collect a review for.

• Click on the Send Mail button next to that order.

• This will send a review request email to the customer associated with that order.

Step 4: Send Review Requests for All Orders

• If you want to collect reviews for multiple customers at once, click the Select All checkbox at the top of the order list.

• Then, click the Send Mail button to send review request emails to all selected customers at the same time.
