Automating review request emails ensures you never miss an opportunity to collect valuable customer feedback. With Retenzy’s automation feature, you can schedule review request emails to be sent after a specific event, like order fulfillment.
Make sure "Send mail" is enabled before sending the mail. To check go to Email setup and check "Email Program Status" is enabled
Step 1:
From your Retenzy dashboard, navigate to the Home page.
Step 2:
Click on the Collect Reviews section.
Step 3:
Select the Review Request tab.
Step 4:
Set your preferred schedule:

Choose the number of days (e.g., 7 Day) after which you want to send mail

Select the event trigger—for example, " After Fulfillment."
We recommend setting the trigger event to 'After Fulfillment' since we receive the fulfillment status from Shopify. However, due to third-party involvement in delivery, there may be delays, or in some cases, the status might not be received at all.
Final Step:
Click Save to apply your settings.
From now on, review request emails will be sent automatically based on your chosen trigger.
