Add reward points to customers

The Add Reward feature allows you to manually assign reward points to any customer. This is useful for compensation, loyalty bonuses, or special promotional rewards.

Step 1: Access Customer Rewards

  • From the sidebar menu, click Customer Rewards under the Rewards section

  • You will be directed to the Customer Rewards dashboard.

Step 2: Click on Add Reward

  • In the Customer Reward page, click on the Add Reward icon.

  • A pop-up window will appear to enter reward details.

Step 3: Enter Reward Details

Fill in the required details:

  • Reward Points/Amount – Enter the number of points or reward value to add.

  • Credits expire in the following days

  • Reason/ Why would you like to give credits to your customer? — Add a short description (e.g., “Bonus for repeat purchase” or “Compensation for delay”).

Step 4: Save and Apply

  • Click Save to add the reward points to the customer’s account

The new reward balance will immediately reflect in the customer’s row under the Reward column.
