The Customer Rewards dashboard allows you to sort customers based on their total orders, total order amount, or total rewards. This makes it easier to identify top customers, high spenders, or the most rewarded users.
Step 1: Open the Retenzy Dashboard
Log in to your Retenzy dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Customers Section
From the left-hand menu, click on Customers.
Step 3: Open the Filter Options
- On the Customers page, use the available sorting and filtering options.
Step 4: Filter Customers
Choose one of the following filter options to sort your customer list:

Total Order (Asc) – Displays customers with the lowest number of orders first.

Total Order (Desc) – Displays customers with the highest number of orders first.

Total Order Amount (Asc) – Displays customers with the lowest total purchase amount first.

Total Order Amount (Desc) – Displays customers with the highest total purchase amount first.

Total Reward (Asc) – Displays customers with the fewest reward points first.

Total Reward (Desc) – Displays customers with the most reward points first.
