The Customer Rewards section provides a detailed view of each customer’s order activity and reward balance. This helps you monitor customer engagement, track loyalty, and manage rewards effectively.
Step 1: Access Customer Rewards

From the sidebar menu, click Customer Rewards under the Rewards section.

You will be directed to the Customer Rewards Dashboard.
Step 2: Locate a Customer
Here you can see the full list of your customers and their full details

Use the Search bar to find a customer by name or email.

Alternatively, use Sort By and Filter By options to organize and refine the list.
Step 3: View Order and Reward Information
For each customer, you can see:

Customer Name – The registered name.

Customer Email – The email linked with their account.

Total Orders Amount – The total monetary value of all orders.

Total Orders – The total number of completed orders.
-
Reward – The total rewards earned by the customer.
This is how you can view customers' orders and reward details
