View customers orders and reward details

The Customer Rewards section provides a detailed view of each customer’s order activity and reward balance. This helps you monitor customer engagement, track loyalty, and manage rewards effectively.

Step 1: Access Customer Rewards

  • From the sidebar menu, click Customer Rewards under the Rewards section.

  • You will be directed to the Customer Rewards Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate a Customer

Here you can see the full list of your customers and their full details 

  • Use the Search bar to find a customer by name or email.

  • Alternatively, use Sort By and Filter By options to organize and refine the list.

Step 3: View Order and Reward Information

For each customer, you can see:

  • Customer Name – The registered name.

  • Customer Email – The email linked with their account.

  • Total Orders Amount – The total monetary value of all orders.

  • Total Orders – The total number of completed orders.

  • Reward – The total rewards earned by the customer.
