Reward widget customization

The reward widget allows customers to view, earn, and redeem rewards directly on your store. You can fully customize its appearance, placement, and behaviour from the Branding settings.

Steps:

Step 1: Open the Retenzy Dashboard

• Log in to your Retenzy dashboard to access your store settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the Customization

• From the dashboard, click on Customization

Step 3: Open the Rewards Section

• In the Customization page, navigate to the Rewards section.

Step 4: Open the Loyalty Widget

• Within the Rewards section, click on the Loyalty Widget

Step 4 — Loyalty Widget Customization

Expand the following options to make changes:

1. Widget Color Setting
   

   • Change the background, button, and text colors to match your brand theme.

   • 

2. Widget Shape Settings
   

   • Choose between square, rounded, or pill-shaped widget designs.
     

   • 

3. Widget Placement Settings
   

   • Decide where the widget should appear (e.g., bottom right, bottom left)

   • 

4. Display Icon Settings
   

   • Customize or upload the widget icon that customers see before opening it.
     

   • 

5. Animation Settings
   

   • Control widget animations (e.g., bouncing, sliding) to draw customer attention.

   • 

6. Responsiveness Settings
   

   • Adjust how the widget behaves on mobile vs. desktop.

   • 

Step 5 — Preview Customization

• As you make changes, the live preview on the right updates automatically.
  

• Check how it looks on different screen sizes.
  

Step 6 — Save Settings

• Once satisfied, click the Save button to apply your changes.
  

• The updated reward widget will now be visible on your store.
