The Anniversary Reward Rule allows you to celebrate customer milestones by offering rewards on their account anniversary. It strengthens emotional connection and boosts loyalty through personalized recognition.

Step 1: Navigate to the Earn Reward Section

• From the Retenzy home page, go to the left-hand menu and click on Earn Reward.

Step 2: Select Anniversary Rule

• From the Earn Reward page, click on the Edit option of the Reward on Anniversary to open the setup page.

Step 3: Enter Reward Points

• In the input field, enter the number of reward points customers should receive on their anniversary.
  Example: Enter 100 to give customers 100 points on their anniversary.

( On the right-hand side, check the Summary section to confirm the rule details.)

Step 4: Publish the Rule

• Set the rule status by clicking on Publish. This will activate the Anniversary Reward Rule.

✅ Once published, customers will automatically receive the set reward points on their anniversary.
