This rule allows you to reward customers with points when they follow or share your brand on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest. It helps grow your community and strengthen brand presence.

Steps to Set Up Social Media Follow & Reward Rule

Step 1: Access the Earn Reward Section

• From your Retenzy Home Page, navigate to the Earn Reward section in the left-hand menu.
  

• Click on Earn Reward to open the reward rules dashboard.
  

Step 2: Choose Social Media Follow Rule

• From the Earn reward page, select the social media platform for which you want to create the rule and click on Edit. (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Step 3: Add Reward Details

• Enter the number of reward points you want to give when a customer follows or shares your page.
  

• Enter the link to your official social media profile (this field is required).
  

Step 4: Save and Publish Rule

• Review the summary to confirm the reward details.
  

• Click Publish to activate the rule, or Draft if you want to save it for later.
