The email client defines who sends your automated emails (e.g., Retenzy or your own email domain). By default, emails are sent through Retenzy, but you can update this setting.
Steps:
Step 1 — Access Email Setup

From the sidebar of Retenzy, click on Email Setup under the Communication section.
Step 2 — Locate Email Client Selection

On the Email Setup page, find the Email Client Selection section.

Click on the Edit.
Step 3 — Edit the Email Client

Click on the Edit button next to the Email Client Selection.

Now, the list of email integrations is open. (Sendgrid, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Step 4 — Choose Your Preferred Client

Select from available options: (Sendgrid, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Step 5 — Save Changes

After selecting, confirm and save the changes.
