Change Email Client

The email client defines who sends your automated emails (e.g., Retenzy or your own email domain). By default, emails are sent through Retenzy, but you can update this setting.

Steps:

Step 1 — Access Email Setup

  • From the sidebar of Retenzy, click on Email Setup under the Communication section.

Step 2 — Locate Email Client Selection

  • On the Email Setup page, find the Email Client Selection section.

  • Click on the Edit. 

Step 3 — Edit the Email Client

  • Click on the Edit button next to the Email Client Selection.

  • Now, the list of email integrations is open. (Sendgrid, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Step 4 — Choose Your Preferred Client

  • Select from available options: (Sendgrid, Omnisend, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Step 5 — Save Changes

  • After selecting, confirm and save the changes.
