Email templates allow you to customize the automated emails sent to customers (e.g., birthday greetings, anniversary wishes, or reward notifications).
Steps:
Step 1 — Open Template Library

From the sidebar, go to Template Library under Communication

You’ll see default templates like Birthday Template and Anniversary Template.
Step 2 — Choose a Template to Edit

Locate the template you want to edit (e.g., Birthday Reward Earned)

Either click directly or Duplicate the Template if you want to preserve the original and edit a copy.
Step 3 — Customize Template Settings

At the top left, update the Template Name.

(Optional) Enter your email under Test email to send yourself a test version.

Use the See Variables button to view available dynamic tags like:

{{customer_name}}
→ Customer’s name -
{{store_name}}
→ Store’s name -
{{reward_points}}
→ Reward points

Step 4 — Edit Email Content
On the right-hand editor panel, you can customize:

Text & Heading → Choose heading type (H1, H2, H3, H4).

Font Family → Select the font style.

Font Weight → Choose between Regular, Medium, Bold, etc.

Font Size → Adjust the size (e.g., 26px).

Color → Change text color.
You can also edit the button text (e.g., “Redeem Your Coins”) and link it to a reward redemption page.
Step 5 — Preview the Email

Use the Preview option (eye icon) to check desktop or mobile views.
Step 6 — Save & Activate

Once satisfied, click Save Template at the bottom.

Make sure the template is Active so it will be sent automatically.
