Enable/Disable customer emails

You can control whether customers receive emails from your store by turning the email program on or off.

Steps:

Step 1 — Access Email Setup

  • From the sidebar menu of Retenzy, click Email Setup under the Communication section

Step 2 — Locate Email Program Status

  • On the Email Setup page, find the section Email Program Status

  • It shows whether emails are currently Enabled or Disabled.

Step 3 — Enable or Disable Emails

  • To Enable emails, switch the toggle ON.

  • To Disable emails, switch the toggle OFF.

Step 4 — Save Changes 

  • Your preference will be applied instantly, ensuring customers receive (or stop receiving) automated emails.
