The Import Reviews feature allows you to upload reviews in bulk using a CSV file. This makes it easy to migrate reviews from other platforms or upload multiple customer reviews at once without manual entry.

Step 1: Access the Manage Review Section

• From your Retenzy Home Page, navigate to the Manage Review section in the left-hand menu.
  

• Click on Manage Review to open the review management dashboard.
  
  

Step 2: Navigate to Import Reviews

• On the right side of the Manage Review page, click on the Import Review button.
  

• An Import Reviews pop-up will appear.
  

• Choose Custom CSV and upload your review file in the correct format.
  Carefully read all instructions before uploading.

• Click on Import to upload all reviews from the file.
