The Migrate Reviews feature allows you to transfer reviews from other platforms like Judge.me, Trustoo, Stamped, Loox into Retenzy with ease. By using a CSV file export from Judge.me, you can quickly import and manage all your past customer reviews without losing valuable feedback or starting from scratch.
Step 1: Open the Retenzy Dashboard
Log in to your Retenzy dashboard to access your store settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Review Program
From the dashboard, click on Review Program.

Step 3: Open Import Review
Within the Review Program , click on the Import Reviews tab.
Step 4: Open Migrate from Other App
From the Import Reviews section, click on Migrate from Other App.
Step 5: Select the Review App
On the Migrate from Other App page, you will see a list of supported review apps. Under Select Review App, choose Stamped.
Step 6: Import Your Reviews
After selecting Stamped, click Import to begin importing your reviews into Retenzy.
