The Question & Answer feature allows you to respond directly to customer inquiries about your products. This helps build trust, improve customer experience, and reduce purchase hesitation by providing quick and clear answers.
Step 1: Access the Manage Review Section

From your Retenzy Home Page, navigate to the Manage Review section in the left-hand menu.

Click on Manage Review to open the review management dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Question & Answer

On the Manage Review page, go to the Question & Answer section.

In this section, all customer questions will be displayed.

You can directly answer questions from here to provide accurate information and assist your customers.
