This guide will help you filter customer reviews based on their star ratings (from 1 star to 5 stars).

Step 1: Access the Manage Review Section

• From your Retenzy Home Page, navigate to the Manage Review section in the left-hand menu.

• Click on Manage Review to open the review management dashboard.

Step 2: Filter Reviews by rating

• On the Manage Review page, locate the Rating filter option on the right side of the search bar.

• Click on the rating to open the filter options.

• Select the rating type you want to filter by (from 1 star to 5 stars).
