This guide will help you filter customer reviews based on their source, such as Store, Customer Dashboard, Email, or Import.

Step 1: Access the Manage Review Section

• From your Retenzy Home Page, navigate to the Manage Review section in the left-hand menu.

• Click on Manage Review to open the review management dashboard.

Step 2: Filter Reviews by Source

• On the Manage Review page, locate the Source filter option on the right side of the search bar.

• Click on Source to open the filter options.

• Select the source type from the list:

  • Store

  • Customer Dashboard

  • Email

  • Import
