This guide explains how you can filter customer reviews based on their status (Published or Hidden) from your Retenzy dashboard.
Step 1: Access the Manage Review Section

From your Retenzy Home Page, navigate to the Manage Review section in the left-hand menu.

Click on Manage Review to open the review management dashboard.
Step 2: Filter Reviews by Status

On the Manage Review page, locate the Status filter option on the right side of the search bar.

Click on Status to open the filter options.

Choose whether you want to view reviews that are published or hidden.
