The Hide and Publish Reviews feature in Retenzy allows you to manage which customer reviews are publicly visible on your store. You can choose to publish positive reviews to build trust with shoppers, or hide reviews that you prefer not to display.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Open the Retenzy Dashboard
Log in to your Retenzy dashboard to access your store settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Review Program
From the dashboard, click on Review Program.
Step 3: Go to Manage Reviews
From the Review Program, click on Manage Reviews.
Step 4: Manage Your Reviews
On the Manage Reviews page, you can view all of your customer reviews. Each review will display its current status, showing whether it is Published or Hidden.
You can easily manage the visibility of each review using the available action buttons:

Publish – Makes the review visible on your store.

Hide – Removes the review from being displayed on your store.
