Enable Q&A on the Product Page

By enabling Q&A, you can address common concerns, provide detailed product clarifications, and showcase community engagement, all without the customer having to leave the product page. 

Steps to Enable Q&A

  1. Log in to your Retenzy Dashboard

  2. Navigate to the branding   

    • From the left-hand menu, click on branding.

    • Select the review widget.

  3. Activate the review widget

    • To activate the Q&A, the "Review widget" must be enabled so first confirm if it's enabled.

  4. Navigate Q&A 

    • To activate Q&A, click on Q&A dropdown and enable both options

  5. Save Changes

    • Click Save to apply the Q&A settings to your store.
