Steps to Enable Q&A

Log in to your Retenzy Dashboard

Navigate to the branding

From the left-hand menu, click on branding.

Select the review widget.

Activate the review widget

To activate the Q&A, the "Review widget" must be enabled so first confirm if it's enabled.

Navigate Q&A

To activate Q&A, click on Q&A dropdown and enable both options

Save Changes
-
Click Save to apply the Q&A settings to your store.
