The Reward Page in Retenzy serves as a dedicated space for customers to learn about your loyalty program, track their points, and understand how to earn and redeem rewards. Having a centralized rewards page improves transparency, boosts engagement, and encourages repeat purchases.
1. Create a Reward Page Template
- Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store.
- Click Edit Theme for your active theme.
- In the Theme Editor, use the top navigation bar to open the Home menu.
- Select Pages.
- Click Create Template.
- Enter a name for the template, such as Reward Page.
- Click Create Template to create the new template.
2. Add Retenzy Reward Sections
Once the template is created:
- Remove any sections that were automatically added to the new template.
- From the left-hand menu, click Add blog from template Section.
- In the pop-up window, select Apps.
- Select Loyalty Hero Banner to add it to the template.
- In the left-hand menu, click the + (Add section) icon below the Loyalty Hero Banner.
- Select Apps and add Loyalty How It Works.
- Repeat the same process to add:
- Loyalty Ways to Earn
- Loyalty Ways to Redeem
- Arrange the sections in your preferred order.
Your Reward Page template is now ready.
Click Save in the Theme Editor to save your new Reward Page template.
You can customize each section according to your store's design.
Simply click on each section. You can adjust available settings such as colours, text, and other design elements. For the Loyalty Hero Banner, you can also add a background banner image.
Next Step: Once the template is saved, now lets create a new Shopify page and assign the Reward Page template to it.
3. Create the Reward Page
Once you have created and saved the Reward Page template, create a new Shopify page and assign the template to it.

Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store.

Select Pages.

from the top right section, Click Add Page.

Enter the page name in the Title field.

Under Visibility, select Visible.

In the Template section, select the Reward Page template you created earlier.

Review the page settings and click Save.
Your Reward Page is now created and will use the Retenzy Reward Page template you configured.
4. Add the Reward Page to Your Store Menu
Once your Reward Page is created, you can add it to your store's navigation menu, so customers can easily access it.

Go to Shopify Admin.

From the left-hand menu, go to Content → Menus.

Select the menu where you want to add the Reward Page.

For example, select Main Menu to display the page in your store's top navigation.

You can also add it to the Footer Menu or another menu based on your preference.

Click Add Menu Item.

Enter the name you want customers to see for the menu item.

Click the Link field.

Select Pages.

Choose the Reward Page you created earlier.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Your Reward Page is now added to the selected menu and will appear in your store's navigation, such as the Main Menu or Footer Menu, depending on where you added it.
