The Review Floater allows you to display customer ratings in a floating widget on your Shopify store’s product pages, enhancing credibility and boosting conversions.

Steps to Enable the Review Floater

Step 1 – Access the Branding Section

• From your Retenzy Dashboard, navigate to the Branding section on the left side.

Step 2 – Navigate Review widgets

• Click on Setup Widget.
  

• Locate the Review Floater option and activate it.

Step 3 – Wait for the Widget to Load

• The rating widget floater will automatically appear on your store after a short loading time.

Step 4 – Save Changes

• Once you confirm that the Review Floater is visible and displaying correctly, click Save.

Your floating review widget is now live on your store!
