Retenzy provides different widgets that can be displayed in the Customer Account and Checkout areas of your Shopify store. The setup process is similar for each widget.
Available widget :
- Account Loyalty Page Widget
- New Account Write Reviews Block
- Checkout Thank You Block
Set Up Review and Rewards Widgets on Checkout and Customer Account
1. Open Checkout and Customer Account

If you are in the Retenzy App, go to Online Store and click Edit Theme.

In the Shopify Theme Editor, use the top navigation bar to open the Home menu.

Select Checkout and Customer Account.

From the top-left of the Theme Editor, click the App Embeds icon.

The available Retenzy app embeds will appear.
2. Set Up the Account Loyalty Page Widget
The Account Loyalty Page Widget displays your loyalty information in the customer account area.

From the available app embeds, select Account Loyalty Page Widget.

Select Accounts to add the widget to the customer account page.

Click Save to apply the changes.
The Account Loyalty Page Widget is now live in the Customer Account area.
3. Set Up the New Account Write Reviews Block
The New Account Write Reviews Block allows customers to access the review option from their order-related pages.

From the available app embeds, select New Account Write Reviews Block.

Select Orders and Order Status.

The Write Reviews Block will now be added to the Orders page.

Click Save to apply the changes.
The Write Reviews Block is now live on the Orders page.
4. Set Up the Checkout Thank You Block
The Checkout Thank You Block allows you to display the Retenzy widget on the checkout Thank You page.

From the available app embeds, select Checkout Thank You Block.

Select Thank You to add the widget to the Thank You page.

Click Save to apply the changes.
The Checkout Thank You Block is now live on the Checkout Thank You page.
