This rule lets customers redeem their reward points to get free shipping on their orders. For example, a customer can use 200 points to receive free shipping up to ₹100. This removes shipping cost barriers and increases order completion rates.

Steps to Set Up Free Shipping Redeem Rule

Step 1: Access Redeem Rewards

• From the sidebar menu on the Retenzy home page, click Redeem Rewards.
  

• Select Ways to Redeem from the Redeem Rewards page.
  

Step 2: Select Free Shipping

• From the Ways to Redeem options, choose Free Shipping.
  

• Click Create Free Shipping Reward.
  

Step 3: Set Up Reward

• Enter your program name under Setup Rewards (e.g., Free Shipping).
  

Step 4: Define Reward Value

• Specify the number of points (X) required for free shipping.
  

• Enter the maximum shipping amount (Y) the customer gets waived.
  

Step 5: Configure Additional Options

• Minimum Requirement: Choose whether customers need a minimum purchase amount or item quantity to redeem.
  

• Discount Code (Optional): Add a prefix to auto-generated discount codes if needed.
  

• Combinations: Decide if this reward can be combined with other discounts (order or product).
  

• Coupon Expiration: Choose if the coupon never expires or set an expiry period (e.g., 15 days).
  

Step 6: Publish Rule

• Click Publish to activate the free shipping reward.\
  

• Customers can now use their points to enjoy free shipping within your defined conditions.
