Step 1 — Go to Settings

• From the left menu of Retenzy, click on Settings under Settings & Customization.
  

•  You will land on the Accounts tab by default.

Step 2 — Update Shop Details

• Shop Name: Enter or edit the name of your store.

• Shop Owner Name: Add the store owner’s name.

• Notifications Email: Enter the email where you want to receive app notifications.

Step 3 — Review Timezone & Language

• Store Timezone and language are system-set (non-editable in this section).
  Check if they are displayed correctly.  

Step 4 — Upload Store Logo 

• Click Add File under Upload store logo to add your brand’s logo. 

Step 5 — Save & Submit

• Click Save (for logo upload).

• Click Submit at the bottom to apply all changes.
