How to import review with CSV file?
Importing customer reviews into your Shopify store using Retenzy template is a straightforward process that can enhance your store's credibility and boost conversions. Follow these simple steps:
Access the Retenzy Dashboard
Log In: Start by logging into your Shopify store and navigating to the Retenzy Dashboard. This is where you can manage all your reviews and other customer interactions.
Navigate to Manage Reviews
Go to Manage Reviews: On the dashboard, locate the ‘Manage Reviews’ section. This is the central hub for all your review-related activities.
Start the Import Process
Click on Import Reviews: Within the Manage Reviews section, find and click on the ‘Import Reviews’ option. This feature allows you to bring in reviews from other platforms or files.
Add Your Review File
Upload the File: Select Retenzy template you’ve filled out with your review data. Click on ‘Add a review file’ to upload the CSV file containing your customer reviews.
Save and Finalize
Click Save: Once your file is uploaded, simply click ‘Save’ to complete the process. Your imported reviews will now be live on your store, helping to build trust and drive customer engagement.
