Integrating Klaviyo with Retenzy app allows you to sync your email marketing and communication efforts. Follow these steps to connect Retenzy app with your Klaviyo account using the Private API Key.

Steps to Log in and Integrate Klaviyo:

1. Log in to Retenzy App:

   • First, log in to your Shopify store.
   • In the Apps section, click on Retenzy app, and you’ll be automatically logged in.
   • Alternatively, you can log in directly using your store URL, which ends with .myshopify.com.
     
     

2. Navigate to 'Integrations':

   • On the sidebar, under Settings & Customization, click on Integrations.
     
     
     

3. Select Klaviyo Integration:

   • In the Integrations section, locate the Klaviyo card and click Connect.
     
     

4. Get Your Private API Key:

   • Follow the steps below to get your Klaviyo Private API Key:

   • Step 1: Log in to your Klaviyo Admin Portal.
   • Step 2: In your Klaviyo account, click on your username and choose Account.
   • Step 3: In the Account section, go to Settings and select API Keys.
   • Step 4: Click on Create Private API Key.
   • Step 5: Name your API key, select Full Access Key, and click Create.
   • Step 6: Copy the Private API Key.

5. Paste the API Key in Retenzy App:

   • Go back to Retenzy app's Klaviyo Integration popup.
   • Paste the Private API Key into the input field.

6. Complete the Integration:

   • Once you have pasted the API Key, click Verify to finalize the integration.
