Connecting Mailchimp with Retenzy app allows seamless synchronization for your marketing campaigns and communications. Follow these steps to connect your Mailchimp account with Retenzy app using the Private API Key.

Steps to Log in and Integrate Mailchimp:

1. Log in to Retenzy App:

   • First, log in to your Shopify store.
   • In the Apps section, click on Retenzy app, and you’ll be automatically logged in.
   • Alternatively, you can log in directly using your store URL, which ends with .myshopify.com.
     
     
     
     

2. Navigate to 'Integrations':

   • On the sidebar, under Settings & Customization, click on Integrations.
     
     

3. Select Mailchimp Integration:

   • In the Integrations section, find the Mailchimp card and click Connect.
     
     
   • A popup will appear asking you to provide your Mailchimp Private API Key.
     
     

4. Get Your Private API Key:

   • Follow the steps below to generate your Mailchimp Private API Key:

   • Step 1: Log in to your Mailchimp Admin Portal.
   • Step 2: Click on your profile and go to Account & Billing.
   • Step 3: Click on Extras and select API Keys from the drop-down menu.
   • Step 4: Click Create API Key to generate a new API Key.
   • Step 5: Name your API key and click Generate Key.
   • Step 6: Copy the Private API Key.

5. Paste the API Key in Retenzy App:

   • In the popup on Retenzy app, paste the Private API Key into the provided input field.

6. Verify and Complete the Integration:

   • After pasting the API Key, click Verify in the popup to confirm and finalize the integration.
