Integrate Omnisend with Retenzy

Integrating Omnisend with Retenzy app enables effective email marketing and communication. Follow the steps below to connect your Omnisend account with Retenzy app using the Private API Key.

Steps to Log in and Integrate Omnisend:

  1. Log in to Retenzy App:

    • First, log in to your Shopify store.
    • In the Apps section, click on Retenzy app, and you’ll be automatically logged in.
    • Alternatively, you can log in directly using your store URL, which ends with .myshopify.com.

  2. Navigate to 'Integrations':

    • On the sidebar, under Settings & Customization, click on Integrations.


  3. Select Omnisend Integration:

    • In the Integrations section, locate the Omnisend card and click Connect.

    • A popup will appear asking you to provide your Omnisend Private API Key.

  4. Get Your Private API Key:

    • Follow the steps below to generate your Omnisend Private API Key:

    • Step 1: Log in to your Omnisend Admin Portal.
    • Step 2: Click on your username and select Store Settings.
    • Step 3: In the Store Settings, click on API Keys.
    • Step 4: Click Create API Key to generate a new API Key.
    • Step 5: Name your API key, check all permissions, and click Create API Key.
    • Step 6: Copy the Private API Key.

  5. Paste the API Key in Retenzy App:

    • In the popup on Retenzy app, paste the Private API Key into the input field.

  6. Verify and Complete the Integration:

    • After pasting the API Key, click Verify in the popup to confirm and complete the integration.
