Integrating Zendesk with Retenzy

Easily connect Retenzy app with your Zendesk account to streamline customer support management. Follow the steps below to set up the integration.

Steps to Log in and Integrate Zendesk:

  1. Log in to Retenzy App:

    • First, log in to your Shopify store.
    • In the Apps section, click on Retenzy app, and you’ll be automatically logged in.
    • Alternatively, you can log in directly using your store URL, which ends with .myshopify.com.

  2. Navigate to 'Integrations':

    • On the sidebar, under Settings & Customization, click on Integrations.

  3. Select Zendesk Integration:

    • You will see various integration options. Locate the Zendesk card and click Connect.

  4. Enter API Credentials:

    • A popup will appear asking for your Zendesk API credentials. Follow the steps below to get the necessary API code from Zendesk:

    • Step 1: Log in to your Zendesk Admin Portal.
    • Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Widget.
    • Step 3: Copy the Zendesk Widget Script.
    • Step 4: Paste the copied script into the input field in Retenzy app popup.

  5. Complete the Integration:

    • After pasting your API code into the text field, click Connect to finalize the integration.

Once connected, your Zendesk account will be fully integrated with Retenzy app, enabling efficient customer support management.
